A properly designed alarm system should alert, inform and guide plant operators*. However, in many facilities alarm systems do exactly the opposite; they swamp operators with thousands of nuisance, redundant and confusing messages. This constant overload of information, especially during plant upsets, significantly reduces plant safety and has led to many significant and costly plant incidents*.
AlarmAnalyst® provides advanced tools to manage alarm conditions in your plant. Easy to use displays go far beyond "snap shot" reports and allows personal to interactively analyze, benchmark and rationalize alarms, operator actions and system events. Event notification including text to speech via 2-way radio and operator "Quick Alerts" provide aditional capabilities for process monitoring and enhancing your plant's alarm systems.
The advanced graphics engine allows users to experience unsurpassed performance and capabilities; graphically drill into details to 1 milli-second with the drag of a mouse, see process trends fully integrated with alarms across multiple control systems and document alarm settings, procedures and rationalization status with a button click.
Detailed compliancy reports following EEMUA 191 and ISA 18.02 alarm standards are instantly generated based on any user criteria. These fully integrated industry standards makes managing and monitoring your plant's alarms a breeze.
Since 2002, continuous improvement of AlarmAnalyst has been driven by the suggestions and insights of some the worlds leading companies in the areas of Oil and Gas, Metals, Mining, Power Generation and Chemical Production. This collaborative effort has resulted in a system with unparalleled ease of use and capability.
If you need to improve alarm management and process monitoring in your plant, AlarmAnalyst® will provide you with the most cost effective and proven tools available.
